EH127 Fundamentals of Chemistry
This unit focuses on examining the principles governing the very existence of all types of matter (solid, liquid & air).
Lecturer: Peter Siba
EH126 Anatomy and Physiology
This unit will provide you with
the basis to understanding the fundamentals of human anatomy and physiology
through some systematic reviews of the organization of the human bodies. The
systematic approach to studying the human anatomy and physiology in this unit
begins with exploring systems for support and movement of the body (skeletal
system); systems regulating, integrating and controlling body processes
(nervous & endocrine system); systems responsible for controlling fluids
and transport (cardiovascular & lymphatic and immune system); discovering
the interaction between body systems and the outside environment for the
exchange of materials (respiratory system), the capture of energy (digestive
system), the release of waste, and the overall maintenance of the internal
systems that regulate the exchange (urinary system); and exploring the aspects
of human development and continuity of life (reproductive system).
