Digital Citizenship

This workshop is aims to address issues such as online safety, cyberbullying, privacy, hate speech, misinformation, and digital distraction, by creating a positive culture around media and technology by incorporating digital citizenship education as part of our yearly student programs. The workshop is delivered through the collaboration between CLT, Student Services, Marketing, Library and ICT.


Tertiary Study Skills

An induction program for Flexible Learning Students
This week-long short course is a hands-on induction program for flexible learners intended to give you the head start as you begin your learning journey. The program is designed primarily for learners who have been away from full-time study for some time, or new to flexible learning, and are anxiously wondering whether they have the necessary skills to embark on, and complete, their chosen course of study. For learners more familiar with studying, this program will provide some useful hints to help you study more effectively.

Artificial Intelligence Literacy for Students

Artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming the world we live in. From using generative AI for schoolwork to dealing with misinformation and befriending AI chatbots, students have a lot to consider when it comes to this ever-evolving technology. This online course is adapted from Commonsense Education's AI Literacy and is a collection of quick lessons that provide an introduction to AI and help address its social and ethical impacts.
