Dear Staff in Madang, Wewak, Rabaul, POM and Tabubil campuses: The QA Division and the Office of VP Academic Affairs are pleased to administer the DWU Satisfaction Ratings Survey for services offered at DWU. This exercise is tied to meeting the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) outlined in the DWU Third Decade Strategic Master Plan (TDSMP) and in alignment with the 2020 DWU Quality Assurance (QA) Policy. We value your ratings as it will help us to continually improve upon the services we offer you as members of the DWU Community. We therefore seek your support and look forward to your invaluable feedback so that we can be sure of running this race to Win Together. Attached are four links for all staff to access and complete the survey questionnaires: The first one takes you to the form on Satisfaction Ratings for Services offered by the Centre for Learning and Teaching (CLT). Staff at the Madang campus who do not access services by CLT and those from campuses outside of Madang are kindly asked not to complete this survey The second one takes you to the form on Satisfaction Ratings for Services offered by the Library in your respective campus. Staff who do not access services by Friendship Library are kindly asked not to complete this survey. The third one takes you to the form on Satisfaction Ratings for Services offered by the Information Communication Technology (ICT) division in your respective campus. The fourth one takes you to the form on Satisfaction Ratings for Services offered by the Staff Dining Hall in your respective campus.
